Lets talk about Kombucha! Today, I’ll tell you about all the wonderful health benefits of this delicious ancient Chinese fermented beverage. We’ll talk about the SCOBY disk that makes kombucha what it is, and If you’re up for it, I’ll let you handle one of my SCOBYs so you can get more familiar with them before you embark on the journey of brewing your own kombucha. We will go over the basics of the regular brew process, as well as the continuous brew method. Then I will explain how I flavor my kombucha, sharing samples of some of my favorites! I am prepared to answer any of your kombucha questions as well!
