'Shake It Up' dance fitness

A follow the instructor dance style cardio improv workout. Come, have fun, move that body.  Get fit as you get your funk on! You'll wish it lasted more than the hour. 

'Shake It up' is an advanced cardio dance workout. However, feel free to modify to your own level. No dance experience is necessary as you will follow the instructor's lead. Wear sneakers and bring your water bottle and lots of enthusiasm!

This is Susan's 3rd year at PorcFest and she is delighted to be able to offer dance fitness classes for us this year.  She leads several fitness classes as a certified instructor at her local YMCA and is looking forward to doing the same for the PorcFest community.
