Within the Poly community, jealousy is often called “The Green Eyed Monster.” What causes jealousy, how can you manage this negative emotion, and what can you learn from it? How does Jealousy relate to its evil sister emotions, envy and insecurity? On the opposite side of the coin we have “Compersion,” the feeling of happiness we feel for our partner (and their other partner) because you are happy for them and the positive they gain from their relationship.
