Wilderness Survival & Emergency Prep

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Come find out in this (very) brief introduction to wilderness survival. Mark, the instructor, will make sure you understand the survival priorities and what they mean to you. He will guide you through an assessment to better understand what knowledge and skills you most need to acquire. And he will share the basics of the pocket survival kit along with a number of examples and some fun trying out various components. You will also have an opportunity to schedule informal sessions during the rest of Porcfest to practice any specific skills that interest you.
