Chip Spangler is the 2016 coordinator for Fr33 Aid at PorcFest. Previously, Chip has been involved with Libertarian Party politics, serving as the state chair in Maryland as well as a party officer in Alaska. In addition to his political work, Chip is a National Registry Paramedic who was trained at Kenai Peninsula College in Alaska. Chip moved in 2015 to New Hampshire as part of the Free State Project.
